I want to buy an original painting but I don't see any available. How can I find out about new paintings?

Janet typically releases 1-2 original oil paintings per month. The best way to stay updated on new painting releases is to follow us on Instagram @janethillstudio. 

Does Janet accept commissions?

Janet is not currently accepting commissions for personal or professional use. If you are interested in licensing her existing work, please contact us at shopjanethillstudio@gmail.com for more information. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only offering shipping to the United States and Canada on our website, and the United States, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Taiwan on our Etsy page. We will continue to assess the international shipping situation and make changes to our shipping territories as necessary.  

I love this print! Can I get it in a different size?

We are unfortunately not able to offer custom sizing on our images. We only offer print sizes that best represent the quality of the original painting; any other sizing would compromise the integrity of the image and lead to a decrease in quality. All available sizes for each print are visible in their listing. 

I love this print but I would like to make my own copy instead. Do you allow this?

No, we don't allow unlicensed reproductions of Janet's work for personal or professional use. This includes reproducing low res digital files and/or outsourcing them to a third party printer. Please be aware that reproducing unlicensed artwork is copyright infringement and it is illegal.  If you would like to license Janet's work, please contact us for more information.

Can you tell me more about the size of the prints?

You can find all paper and image dimensions under "Learn more about this item." 

I just got my prints and I love them! How should I frame them?

We always encourage our customers to consult a professional framer to ensure the best fit for your specific prints. We also recommend waiting until you receive your prints to find a frame. For more information on framing, we recommend https://www.framebridge.com/

Can I alter an existing image?

All of our images were originally oil-on-canvas paintings, so we are unable to change any elements of the images such as hair colour, skin colour, or animal type. 

 I received my order but there is an issue. What should I do?

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 3 days of receiving it and we will send a replacement free of charge. We can be contacted at shopjanethillstudio@gmail.com
