Please note that on occasion there may be delays with shipping. The standard delivery time to Canada is between 1-2 weeks. The standard delivery time to the USA is between 2-6 weeks. In the rare event that an order has gone missing, we will send out a replacement or provide a refund after 8 weeks.
Please be aware that we do not provide local pick up options during COVID-19. All orders including local orders must be shipped.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please note that we do not accept returns due to the delicate nature of our paper products.
If any items in your order are damaged or missing, please contact us within three days of receiving the damaged item(s) with photos of both the damaged item(s) and the damaged packaging. A replacement order will be sent free of charge.
Order cancellation: Please be aware that we charge a $5 restocking fee for any order that is cancelled after it has been packed. This fee covers our shipping supplies and labour.
Our website will display USD and CAD currencies. To choose your preferred currency, please select from the currency exchange option in the upper right hand corner.
To complete your order, you must provide Janet Hill Studio with certain information, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering.
WHY NEED YOUR INFORMATION IS NEEDED AND HOW IT'S USED
