  2. You know Becky….I kind of realized that when I had almost finished the piece. She looked a little familiar. She’s got my Irish nose. My hair is a lot darker though, but it’s probably the closest I’ve ever got to a portrait. Creeeepy…..

  3. Becky’s right, Janet, it really does look like you…it’s lovely. It reminded me of “Le Ballon Rouge” that I used to watch in school as a child. Have you seen it? The little boy who befriends a large red balloon and chases him all over the city? It made quite an impact on me…especially the scene with the mean big boys who tried to break it. I think they did and the boy cried. But then at the end there was a sky-full of red balloons that came out. Interesting the things you remember from childhood. :), trina
