Procrastination

This seems like a fitting picture to describe what I wish I spent the holidays doing.    Of course in the corner of that painting there would be a nice glass of sherry and a pound of Christmas cake.  Anyway, not much was accomplished these past few days...except for sorting out my 2009 images on the computer and filing them away.   I had the best of intentions to get back to my studio yesterday  but that didn't seem to happen, so I just wanted to mention that I'll likely have a painting on paper ready later today, but likely paintings on canvas won't surface until Wednesday.

  1. Just found you on etsy and I’m now a “fan” of your work. Beautiful colour, composition and subject matter! Procrastination is sometimes a good thing..to delve into books, to relax the mind…keeps the creative mind fertile!

  2. She is so lovely!!!

  3. Well, I can’t exactly take credit for this one. I forget who the artist is.
