12 Holiday Gift Ideas. Number 11: The Perfect New Year’s Dress

Sometimes you just have to go full out.  I love all the dresses from Timeless Vixen Vintage but this one really stood out as a real head-turner of a dress.  Although, for me this December 31 looks like it's pajama city.  I always go out and for some reason this year I just want to celebrate it quietly with my husband,  a plate of fresh oysters, and a big ol' botttle of champagne.

I know, I've become a dull person.
