A House In Dublin, Oil on Canvas, 8″ x 10″. SOLD.
This one seems to be about a memory for me although I’m not entirely certain where this room exists. I seem to recall a bed and breakfast that I visited with my parents in the UK when I was young. It’s the kind of place where you can hear a clock ticking and tea is served in silver.
The painting came quickly with lots of solvent which makes the image look lush and slightly blurred.
Slippers, oil on canvas, 3″ x 5″. SOLD.
A friend of mine just returned from her honeymoon in Paris. She talked about how she loved Montmarte. This to me, is a bed in Montmarte.
The Wheelbarrow. Oil on Canvas, 5″ x 7″. $62.00. SOLD.
I think I have a ‘thing’ for wheelbarrows. Something about the shape and structure of them that I find interesting. I suppose this unexplainable interest in wheelbarrows is one of my many oddities. Expect to see a great deal more of them….like my bathtubs and beds.
