A Woman Called 'Misty Jones', oil on canvas, 11"x14".  Sold.

I actually have a dress that similar to this one, although it's black,  and over the course of one wild evening, I lost a great portion of it.  Little bits of dress ended up in people's cocktails and in the crab dip.  Fortunately, it had a slip so I didn't go revealing too much. A year later and  the host of the party claims that he's still finding little shiny discs scattered around his apartment. I suppose it's a good way to avoid being forgotten.

  1. I always say, be remembered. This is very important.
That dress is awesome, and I can imagine it in reality, all those little pailettes moving & shining.
    Your work is wonderful.

  2. What a great story! It’s always good to be remembered. And the painting is lovely, as always.
